■Reservation
・The number of guests can be changed until 12:00 noon on the day before check-in.
・For hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed.
・Due to the building's structure, the villa is not wheelchair accessible. Thank you for your understanding.
■Check-in / Check-out
・Check-in: From 3:00 PM
・Check-out: By 10:00 AM
・Entry Method: Self check-in with an electronic key.
・Identification: At check-in, we will verify the ID of the representative and collect information for all staying guests.
■Rules and Information During Stay
・No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building due to fire safety. Smoking is permitted only in the outdoor BBQ area.
・Parties / Fireworks / Open Fires: All forms of fireworks (including handheld), open fires, and parties are prohibited to prevent disturbance to neighbors.
・Quiet Hours: To respect the neighborhood, please refrain from using outdoor areas after 9:00 PM. The BBQ terrace will automatically turn off at 9:00 PM.
・Guest Access: For security reasons, only registered guests are allowed on the premises.
・Cleaning Up: Please wash used dishes and place them next to the sink.
・Damage or Breakage: In case of any damage or breakage to the facility or equipment, please notify us as soon as possible.
■Safety Guidelines
・Security Cameras: For safety and security, outdoor areas are monitored by surveillance cameras.
・Garden, Deck, and Stairs: Surfaces may be slippery when wet. Please watch your step, especially in rainy weather. Children must be supervised at all times.
・Large Trampoline: For safety, the trampoline is limited to one person at a time and a maximum weight of 80kg. Please refrain from using it simultaneously with others.
・Activities After Drinking: Please avoid using the trampoline or other outdoor equipment while under the influence of alcohol, as it is extremely dangerous.
